Introduction to the High-Value-for-Money, High-Speed Linear-Type Automatic Screwdriver

📅 2019-09-19

The Chisu linear-motion automatic screwdriver machine can tighten multiple screws at once. By utilizing a linear-motion fixture, it enables simultaneous screw tightening and product handling, achieving production efficiency comparable to turntable-type machines while offering a lower capital cost. This linear-motion solution is particularly well-suited for the meter, electronics, and electrical industries.
Application Areas
The design of Chisu's linear-motion automatic screwdriving machines is currently widely adopted by manufacturers of electrical meters and terminal blocks.
Equipment Advantages
Chisu’s linear-motion design offers superior cost-effectiveness and efficiency for certain product applications. As shown in the two products above, each unit features 8 screws. To achieve automated production and significantly boost efficiency, a coordinate-based solution falls short. While coordinate-based systems are highly versatile, they require screwing each screw individually and cannot fasten all screws at once; they are better suited for products with a large number of screws and high production standards. The 8-axis system can tighten all 8 screws at once. However, since the spacing between the two rows of screws is less than 5 mm, simultaneously tightening all 8 screws presents significant design challenges. The 4-axis displacement system effectively resolves these issues while reducing equipment investment costs by 50%.
